Refunds and Returns Policy

Website allows returns for most merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered according to tracking information. If no tracking number was assigned to the shipment, the policy is within 35 days of the date the item was shipped.

Please note! Refund is only possible if upon the request of our support team you provide detailed information about the error, as follows: screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed description of your actions, file samples etc.

Return Policy covers the following types of return situations:
  • Return for Refund: Eligible merchandise can be returned for a refund on Website. Note: Only the item price paid during checkout will be refunded. Costs of delivery won’t be refunded.
  • Exchange: Eligible merchandise is exchanged for a different variation (i.e. customer desires different size or color of the same product.
  • Replacement: Eligible merchandise is returned and replaced with the same exact merchandise (i.e. the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect). Please contact Customer Support to initiate a return.
Fees:

Returns resulting in Website’s error will NOT incur a fee. For returns that are not a result of Website’ error, a fee will apply. The maximum refund will not exceed the total amount paid for the case opened deposits.

Refunds:

Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days after the receipt of returned merchandise to receive the refund.

Unavailable Replacements/Exchanges:

In the rare event that Website is unable to fulfill an order, Website will offer a product replacement for an alternative but comparable item, as determined by Website' sole discretion. If a product replacement option is unacceptable, you may choose to accept a re-credit of bids spent in the Website and a refund of your transaction price. In addition, if a discount was earned on the order (i.e. won an item cia case opening), Website will reimburse this amount in the form of deposit amount.

Defective:

An item that is discovered to be defective is eligible for a refund/replacement.

Damaged:

All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately. Website must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 2 business day of the date of receipt.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. However, if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or the result of Website’s error, Website will pay the cost of return shipping (excluding box or packaging material) in the form of Website Balance (however, these amounts will not be able to be refunded for cash).

Limitations on Returns:

Items are no longer eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. Website may refuse investigation of issues initiated after 60 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition:

Returned merchandise must be in new or unused original condition and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customer’s responsibility. Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.

Exceptions:

Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned:

  • Gift cards;
  • Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory cards, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink;
  • Intangible goods such as Vouchers, Limit Busters, Discounts, Subscriptions etc.
  • BBQ grills;
  • Some TVs.

To make a request for refund, please contact our support support@gamedelivery.freshdesk.com and provide us detailed information about your problem. Normally it will take a couple of workdays to process your request. We reserve the right to dismiss refund claims if customer providing knowingly false information.
